Kevin, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and thank you for your suggestions. We have already added documentation in the home that includes the wifi network and password for guests that prefer not to use our Guest Experience Portal. Procedures have also been put into place to make sure water is run routinely to eliminate the sulfur smell before guests arrive.
