A new addition to our vacation properties, Sunrise Pointe is quickly becoming a favorite due to its prime lakeside location and attention to detail. For weary travelers looking for modern comfort, spacious accommodations, and waterside vistas, this immaculate 3-story townhome will meet and exceed your expectations!
With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, Sunrise Point is designed with the guest in mind: new furniture throughout, a fully stocked kitchen with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, air purifier, generous bathroom linens, two fireplaces, bicycles, balcony heat lamp, gas grill, and even a workout room! But the amenities don’t stop there. On the main level, you will be able to cook for a crowd in an open-concept kitchen with a direct view of the water. Seating is no problem with a table for 6 and 3 barstools at the adjacent counter, but don’t be surprised if you take the meal outside to make the most of the scenery and the sparkling waters.
Once the sun sets, kick back in one of two living areas, one on the main level and the other on the terrace level. Both host large flatscreen TVs, gas fireplaces, and lake views.
Each of the three large bedrooms invites you to unwind and sink into plush mattresses. The palatial master bedroom, located on the upper level, boasts a king bed, swivel flatscreen TV, oversized armchair perfect for reading, dresser, and a private view of the shoreline. The luxury extends throughout the master bath with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, enclosed toilet, dual-sink vanity, and a walk-in closet. A skylight overhead funnels plenty of natural sunlight in to accentuate the spa ambiance.
Also on the upper level is a laundry nook with a full-size washer and dryer, a stocked linen closet, and a guest bedroom with a king bed and a full bath.
On the terrace level, you will find a second guest bedroom with two twin beds, a trundle, and a full bath with access from the bedroom and hallway. There is also a second living area with a comfortable sofa, fireplace, and flatscreen TV. From there, you can walk directly to the water and the nearby sandy beach, or throw some steaks on the gas grill. Also on the terrace level, you will also discover the rare gems of a workout room and bicycles available for use!
Though you will appreciate the quiet reprieve of Lookout Pointe, it’s just down the road from plenty of local favorites and activities. Nearby is Harmony Crossing, home to popular cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. Travel north on Highway 44 to stock up at Publix, enjoy breakfast at Café 44, or try one of the blends from PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans. We also recommend visiting the historic districts of downtown Eatonton and downtown Greensboro. Both have mom-and-pop cafes, restaurants, and retail stores that are locally owned and operated. Be sure to check area events, festivals, and farmer’s markets, too!
