Enjoy beautiful Lake Oconee while staying at this charming lakefront cottage located near the clubhouse of the highly rated Reynolds Lake Oconee Great Waters golf course. 
This home offers a great floor plan that is excellent for enjoying friends and family. The open living-dining area offers comfortable seating and easy access to the large screened porch.
The screened porch provides the perfect place to relax after a fun day on the lake with ample seating and dining area.
You can feel yourself relax as you look across the landscape and the sparkling waters of the lake.
The three bedrooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath.
Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen bed along with another private bath and the third bedroom has twin beds and a bath.
A convertible sofa offers additional sleeping accommodations in the private den.

Boats rentals are available through nearby marinas.
Great Waters is conveniently located nearby to shopping and restaurants. Only a short distance away is the Ritz Carlton Lake Oconee Lodge which features two restaurants: Georgia's Restaurant for fine dining, or for a more laid back environment, visit Gaby's on the Lake.
Lake Oconee Village which is anchored by a Publix grocery store and where you will find a movie theater, ice cream shop, and several restaurants, including American, Italian and Mexican cuisine.
Additional restaurants/shops are located nearby in the Harmony Crossing shopping area.
If you are up for a drive, visit nearby historic southern towns and enjoy browsing antique shops in Madison (recently named the Number-One Small Town in America), Greensboro, and Eatonton.

My wife and I attended my niece's graduation. We thought it would be a great idea to rent this cottage for the serenity of the lake and golf course. Let me tell ya, it didn't disappoint. Beautiful cottage. Convenient location for shopping and restaurants, boats and jet ski rentals.

Your home is beautiful with awesome views. The Location was convenient to restaurants and activities that we enjoyed. Very comfortable beds and all rooms were the perfect size. We especially liked that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The only complaint we had was the downstairs air conditioning. We were not able to get it to cool below 75 degrees.

We loved the home! It was very comfortable and the location was superb! There was a mishap though....our name was not at the gate, and the security person had to call the owner. Turned out to be fine, because we enjoyed talking with the owner! We really loved the house, and hope to go back soon. Thank you! Also, your communication is excellent! Loved the emails, and the restaurant suggestions etc etc. It was all very helpful. Can't wait to come again!

We had a great stay at Great Waters. The location and view was beautiful. The children especially enjoyed the lake and sandy beach. The house was great. The only improvement is some decorating update on living room furniture.
